I feel like Surveys are improving

I don't do a lot of them, but it's much easier to qualify for the daily 15 cents lately and I am cashing out more often.

I too have been able to get the 15 cents every day so I can do the paid to click.  I love TAP because they are the best surveys to get at least 1 cent if you disqualify for the survey.
