Where did the chocolate go?

It's now been a week since Halloween and I've noticed all the chocolate missing from my kids trick or treat bags!  There's lollipops, smarties, twizzlers, gummy candies, etc. left in the bag, but barely any good chocolates.  Has anyone notice this as a trend in their household?  Do children really look at chocolate as a holy food, I mean shouldn't they treat all candy as an equal?

Hmm... my boy doesn't like chocolate, so all his went to me.

This is actually very common. I notice this every year lol. It is because they take the sweetest most satisfying treats first and eat them. Usually I notice there is always like mostly suckers left haha.
