What kind of cheese do you eat the most?

Cheddar for me. It's just so versatile. Although I like most types of cheese. My arteries are probably clogged with cheese.

Organic shredded cheddar, colby jack, or mozzarella for dishes.  Sliced Provologne or pepper jack for burgers.  Sharp cheddar or colby jack for grilled cheese.  Kraft Crumbles for salads, which we're having tonight!
