How is your Bitcoin Balance holding up?
« on: November 25, 2022, 11:59:30 am »
Mine just crossed the 3 Million Satoshi mark and I still make more even when it goes down. That makes me think I am going to be fine when it starts going up again.

 ???

Since each Bitcoin is equal to 100 million Satoshis, I guess it will outlive you before you reach a Bitcoin eh? However
$497.0391780000 isn't chump change either for free!

Since I reached this point in 2 years from Zero and the rate of increase compounds daily, I expect it will be attainable in another year or two at most, even with me taking enough out to enjoy to journey.

WOW!   With everything that has been on the news the last week or so, I was really getting worried about you.  Good to hear you are doing okey.

I've always been wary to not comment online about my overall BTC balance to avoid becoming a phishing target. I don't believe there are any phishermen in this forum. I also like to think that I am smart enough and prepared enough that my holdings are secure even if I were to comment on how much I hold. But I still prefer not to take that chance.

I am pleased with what I have and am also looking forward to seeing the value rise in the future. I have purchased some of my satoshi outright and I also continue to accumulate free ones here and there as well. Will I be able to retire on that? Who knows? But it is definitely here to stay.

It works just like a kids piggy bank works. My kid started with an empty piggy bank and when relatives would show up for a visit he showed it to them, which of course prompted them to shove a few pennies in it. After a few years it got too heavy to show off, so we took the contents to the bank and they counted the coins and gave us bills. Of course durring this time he did odd jobs and added to the contents further.

Now to relate that to Bitcoin, I opened a free account online and started earning free Bitcoin from Faucets, Paid To Click, Surveys, Posting on Forums and any other methods I could come up with. The biggest advantage was I put all these Satoshi in an account that paid me daily compound interest and it grew much faster than a Piggy Bank. Just one of these accounts I joined a few months ago now pays me 4,000 Satoshi a day on my investment I made with free Bitcoin I earned online.

Now that Christmas is coming up fast, I went to BitRefill and used some the Bitcoin I built up to buy Gift Cards I used to buy gifts for my family (as well as a new Computer for myself).

An easy start is to use CryptoTab Browser as your default browser to earn without even thinking about it. It's slow, but it's also free. Then what I earn goes directly into an account that pays me compound interest daily for growth.
