How do you know when you've reached 30 post for a month?. besides having to count all the post you've made

I just make it a habit to try to post at least one time a day so I know that I have completed the amount needed to qualify, but I think you can go to profile near the top of the screen when you are in the forum section and click. Then click on "show posts" on the left hand side of the screen. I think it lists all of your posts there. To get the message numbers I think you actually have to click on the message which takes you to the actual forum posting as it appeared and the number is there. Does that make sense? Been a long day.
