Not Getting Credited

Hmm, it seems as though I'm not being credited for anything except referrals, there are even offers that if I click on the "all offers you have clicked" link say I have been but in my list on my account page they are not their nor did I get credit for them, I submitted a ticket but I haven't got a response yet so I was wondering has anyone else had this problem? I've completed offers, free trials etc.. and I know sometimes it takes a little while to be credited but what is puzzling me is why it says I have on something and I haven't. Since this has happened I've been considering stopping subscriptions I started because of an offer... any suggestions before I do so. I don't want to be too hasty about something and then not receive credit because I canceled something so anything info lemme know, I'd appreciate it.

are you clearing your cookies before you enter Fusion Cash? Are you leaving your window open for about 10 minutes after you complete the surveys or offers? If not the do that and you will start recieveing credit. hope this helps
