Take it to a church that gives away food to the needy, donate it to homeless shelters

Yes very good idea, give to the ones that need it the most.

I didn't go walking around for 2 hours to get free candy, just to give it to the needy! ;)

why, that would just be too much to ask! lol.

ncombis: do you eat raisin bran or any other
cereal that your kids wouldn't touch? or maybe whole
wheat crackers or something that comes in a box that
they don't like? after the box is empty, hide all the
candy in there. heh heh.
[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]

toss it, if you don't want them to have it all, or only allow them 2 pieces a day, if they brush their teeth afterwards. dentists are expensive

give it to a pre-k for them to have as a treat.  my son goes to one and they get a treat every day.  or some of it you can freeze(depending on the candy) and let them have it later..

Im not sure of your location but i am in NC and they wqas advertising on the news this morning where you can take Halloween candy to the dentist office and they can swap it out for toothbrushes, pay you by the pound of candy that you bring in. The dentist that is doing this is going to give all the soldiers the candy that they recieve today. If that sounds like somnething taht you would want to do then i would start calling dentist in your area
