Let me tell you about my new diet ☺️
« on: October 25, 2021, 04:24:31 pm »
So I started a new diet you may have heard of called the cabbage soup diet. It's new for me because I have never tried it. I have been eating it for 5 days along with other vegetables like greens, squash, zucchini, asparagus and alot of other vegetables. So far I have lost 7 lbs and I have more energy than I normally do. So far I am loving this diet. I don't think I could eat just the cabbage all day and nothing else like I saw one YouTuber do. I don't mind vegetables to jumpstart weight loss but I like a variety.
I am comitted to eating healthy and doing light workouts as I may need back surgery.I also drink green tea everyday.

The weight loss journey is not easy and pleasant for everyone and before starting any diet it is very necessary to talk to your doctor about your health conditions. The https://www.essaywritinglab.co.uk/lab-report-writing/ is one of the best sources to get ideas about healthy diet plans.

My best diet, since in my experience talking to those who go on them and know that they never ever work, is what I would call a healthy way to control your weight and it goes like this:

1) When you fill your plate with what you think is enough, eat it and then don't go back for more no matter how good it tastes.

2) Watch your salt intake, especially with canned goods. Table salt you can control, but not when it's in a can you open up.

3) Put the brakes on too much sugary stuff. Soda is a baddie, but so is juice. And you know about desserts. Just go easy on them.

4) Drink plenty of water. Sometimes you think you're hungry, when you're actually just thirsty. And water helps to fill your stomach so that you don't think you're so hungry. If you don't like the taste of your water, try putting some lemon, lime, mint or whatever to make it to your own taste.

5) Resist the temptation to eat in front of the television set. This one's a real killer and a hard habit to break.

6) Take nice long walks, preferably at a good pace for at least a half hour to an hour to increase your metabolism. And do some strength exercises, especially sit ups to tone the muscles. You have to be vigilant to establish a routine for this. You probably won't want to start!

7) Stand up straight and suck in your gut when you think about it. It helps to strengthen those tummy muscles. You'll look better and feel better!

If you do all these things, you will become a fashion model.  8) No; not really.  ;)

You don’t look like you need to lose weight.

I've heard of the cabbage soup diet before but neve considered ever using it. I have my reasons one would be you need a daily intake of calories or your body will eventually start to shut down no matter what you eat. Veggies do not provide everything you need only trace amounts of nutrients. GL anyway
