We got a solicitation in the mail just this week from an agent who is selling a house two doors down from us. I threw it in the trash. That particular agent was a total :::bleep::: to some clients of mine a number of years ago - threatening to charge them with criminal trespass for doing repair work on a property THAT THEY PURCHASED. This agent was under the mistaken impression that she represented the "buyer" for the same property - yet had no documentation of that alleged transaction. (Some simple checking before firing off a threatening letter will go a long way to keeping you from looking completely foolish). Needless to say, I set her straight and included a few veiled threats of my own back in her direction. Never heard another word from her.


I would never even consider using her for any real estate purposes.

Hello. As far as I know this area is really expensive and I didn't see the point of spending a huge amount of money to buy a house there, so I recently bought a house in another area and have not regretted it yet. In addition, I have already installed Ajax systems that my friends advised me. I made repairs in the house, bought a lot of equipment and I still have money left, and so they could all go only to buy a house in this expensive area. I'm not that rich unfortunately or fortunately! Well, or I'm smart enough to buy a house on my finances.

This censorship is pretty comical... For anyone interested the word censored out here was s-m-u-t.  I think by bleeping tha out, it actually makes people think of FAR WORSE words to substitute in its place. Kind of like the YouTube videos that bleeped out Elmo at strategic places to make it look like he had a really vulgar potty mouth when he was really just saying very innocent things.
