i need help stopping postal dog treats
« on: October 29, 2009, 10:17:19 am »
:BangHead: I have been charged 3 times from postal dog treats with no treats. Does anyone know how to stop them? June and July I did get them (my dog loved them) but then they stopped coming but kept charging me. NOW WHAT? That is $60.00 I am out and no way to stop them I am about to cancel my bank account, because I have no other way to stop them. You can't get anyone when you call and they do not respond to any of the 3 email address they tell you to email to. PLEASE someone help me

sorry to hear that but you may have to cancel your bank account. there is one thing that you can try to do with your bank also. call them and ask them to stop the payment from coming out. i hope this helps.

:BangHead:Thank you for responding, my bank will charge me $30.00 to do that, I guess its better then $20.00 every month, I was hoping for a response from f.c. but I guess not. Again thanks though it is my first post nice to know someone at least saw it. Hopefully others now know to beware!

Tell the bank your credit card was stolen, that will stop it.

oldbuddy is right! you just won't be able to use it yourself until the replacement arrives. usually about 3 days. good luck
