Yes pineapple is one of my favorite fruits.  I like it just plain but I also like it grilled and the other day my son made homemade sweet and sour chicken with pineapple in it.  Awesome.

Fresh pineapple is the best. I love to cut it in small cubes and eat it.

I'd like to share a delicious detox pineapple smoothie I've been making for a week now:

pineapple
ginger root (the actual root, not the powder)
cucumber
lemon juice

Add the amounts according to your personal taste.  Enjoy!
