Nah. It's just sugar. Like eating jiggly cotton candy. Absolutely no nutritional value.

Also, Bill Cosby touted it publicly so that's a huge turnoff, if you know what I mean.

I enjoy it once in awhile.....more so if i have some whipped cream on it.

I like jello - when my husband was alive I made jello a lot - he liked it with fruit and cottage cheese.  I have a box of raspberry in the pantry now I should make it with fruit cocktail as that is how I love it.
