I don't know what winter is suppose to feel like but it never got any lower than high forties here in North Miami.

I'm with stevensm4, we were really freezing in GA at 51.  I am not a fan of cold weather.

It's still chilly here in Arkansas, but we do get some good days. It's more cloudy than cold at the moment.

51 feels like freezing when you're not use to cold weather but to some that's mild.  I'm not a fan of cold weather either- luckily for us spring is around the corner.

We have had some really cold weather for Southern California, with freezing winds and rain.  We need the rain so I am not going to complain, but we have kept the fire going in our fireplace.

It is not cold at the moment, but it will be freezing tonight. I don't mind the cold though. I rather it be cold than hot. I sleep much better when it is cold.

It's all relative.
In Ohio, after steady 90º+ weather in the summer, it always feels pretty chilly when September or October brings mid 50s. But after a sub-zero winter, those first 60º days in April or May feel like shorts and t-shirt times.
