I completely agree! Won't answer any tickets if people are complaining. My friend sent a ticket last month with just a simple question, no complaints and they answered in 2 days!! WHAT!!!! Can't answer mine I sent in 2 months ago.
I am going to try to get my 25 and then I'm out of here. Although they are making it impossible since I have absolutely no surveys and videos don't pay. I guess Ill have to get there 2 cents a day at a time.

So your friend did get a response? That is interesting. Here is the thing if enough people quit the site won't make money. But you always have new people who do the surveys. The offers are not working for them either. I have a friend that recently joined. She can do surveys but none of the offers are working. But she is already frustrated because she spent quite a bit of time on a survey then after submitting gets the "oh you did not qualify to do this survey".

Yes she got a reply! It is getting so frustrating. I have been using this site for almost 10 years with a problem here and there, but nothing like now.

I joined in 2012 and it took some time to start earning.  For a while I could make $80 a month fairly easily. Any support tickets were answered in 2 days or so. For the first time it has taken me 3 months to make the $25 to cash out.  I am past that now.  And will cash out at the end of the month. And then I am pretty much done unless something changes. Not going to waste my time for a few pennies and then not even knowing if you will actually get paid.

If your friend got an answer then that tells us they are still seeing support tickets. I have one from a long time ago and no response. I assume they are not going to.  Like you said, if your ticket is complaining about something or some issue with the site or things not working they are not going to respond.  Sad as it will make at least one person, I will still stroll through the forums but I won't be wasting my time trying to earn anything here.

I have made all of $8 this month. a few months ago I was averaging $45 a month. I am almost ready to give up. I really did like this site. But I need to make extra money so it might be time to move on to other sites.

If you need a little extra money every month or two and can make money on a different site I would suggest not wasting time here.  If you have other sites that allow you to make money I would concentrate on that.  Since you have a bit of money I guess I would try to get to the $25 but if you only make a few pennies a day you won't be able to get there before earnings expire.

Six months no 3.00 given.hink I'll stop posting  only if I have something to say. I like reading posts. They really need to tell us what happened to the posting bonus. Doing good on surveys so I'll keep that up.

Yes it's bad made the 30 posts this month but who knows if we will get the 3.00. That makes 6 months nothing. I've made all of 7.50 in a month. Wondering if I should keep doing surveys.

I would try to get to the $25 mark and cash out, hope to get my money and then quit until the site either shuts down or somebody takes interest and things start working again.

I am hoping to cash out one more time and then just move on. I dont plan to get rid of my account, but just check back from time to time to see if anyone is getting paid forum bonuses again. I have 3 or 4 other sites that are going slow, but steady. I am just happy for whatever extra I can bring into the budget. We all need a little extra.

No, it’s not the site it once was.  It was one of my very favorite sites, but it’s really gone down hill.  Kind of sad.
