Hi, when did you cash out?  October? Or this month? Was it DD or check or paypal? If you cashed out by October 31st, then you should have recieved a DD or paypal credit on or close to the 20th of November. If you requested a check, that might take longer to recieve.

When did you cash out? Did you use a computer? Did you request payment by direct deposit, paypal or check.

Also, go to your account. When you cashed out, you got a message saying that you would be paid on or before the 20th if all is good. See what the message now says. Was your payment denied? Was it approved. were you paid? There should be updates.

We can't advise anything. We are not moderators. You need to contact support not just other random people who use the site and post in the forums. The forums are not monitored by moderators and even if they were they do not respond to issues you have thru this method. You need to fill out a support ticket which will be ignored.

I cashed out the end of August and as of today which is December 7th I have not received my check.  The site says that it has been processed and mailed, but I have not received it.  I submitted a support ticket and have not received an answer.

Support tickets are not being answered so no help there. Change your payment method to either PayPal or Direct Deposit. I have had a lot of luck with PayPal.

For the check, go to the post office with what information that you have. See if you can report lost mail. If FC did mail it, the post office might be able to help you.
