 Sleeping in is different for different people.  For those who spent years getting up at 6 for their job, 7 am is sleeping in.  For us retired people, sleeping in may be 8 or 9am.

Sometime I reward myself  and sleep in.  I may stay in pjs all day, shower at night and get back in more pjs.  Feels great.

My body is so set on its way that even if I want to sleep in it wakes up at 5 am every morning, from there I go on and off for another hour until I get up for teleworking at 630, and on weekends I stay awake but on bed til 8 am but my body does not like it when I stay later than that
