Decorating for Holidays
« on: September 22, 2020, 07:43:19 am »
Just wondered how many people decorate their home for the holidays?  I always decorate for the fall and Christmas.
Do a little for all the other holidays.  I have got til I keep all my decorations inside.  I never see the outside stuff and not a lot of neighbors to see what is outside. I would rather have it where I can see it inside.

I do a lot for Christmas. The others not so much. Mostly just the door things but I have started putting on the inside where we can see them.  I have a friend that put his Christmas tree up last weekend.

I have these lights I put out that reflect on the house but I don't know if I will even bother with that this year for one thing I rarely go out of the house.  I do have some neat stuff for inside but I don't know if I feel like moving the stuff I would have to move to put that up.   :pumpkin:   :snowman:   :turkey:

You should do it. That is me. I am not outside and there is not a lot of traffic so nobody really sees it outside. I even hang my wreathes and stuff for the doors on the inside where we can see it.

I only decorate for Christmas.  Sometimes, I don't even do that if I plan to be away from home during the holiday.  I hate the taking down of stuff.  I only decorate the inside anyhow.

I like to decorate the inside now. seems to make smiles. love scented candles of fall like pumpkin pie. I decorate the dinner tables with what I find at the store I try to keep it for years I put it somewhere else like the bathroom lol.

My family decorates for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also for Halloween of course. It's a fun way for kids to be involved.

I go all the way out for Christmas, inside and outside I love to do it.  For Thanksgiving I do the door and inside but don't bother with any other one.

I use to do lights and stuff outside for Christmas but seems every year after I get it all up half the lights go out and I got tired of trying to fix it so I just started doing inside.  I gave my outside stuff away. I don't do a lot except for Christmas.  Then I guess fall is the next biggest.  I put a few things out for Easter and Valentine's Day.

You can get some really neat stuff at Dollar Tree and it is pretty good stuff for a dollar.
