Very true, we try very hard not to, but sometimes......he gets me so mad and I’m sure he feels the same way about me.

The bible states "Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun do down on your anger., don't know about while you are in a provoked state.

I try to do better about this than I did when my husband was alive.........in fact it was hard not to still be "provoked" in the morning and now I wish I had done a lot of things differently.  Now lol my sons especially the older one is who drives me up a tree.

So is it bad or unhealthy if I don't get angry at all? Well, what I mean is, of course I get angry every now and then, but only very briefly. I'm not the type of person that expresses anger very often, but I also don't hold on to it and let it build up. I just don't see the point of being angry or holding grudges. Or maybe I just have low expectations.  :)

You should be in the clear, 1imaginarygirl. it sounds as though you would never let the sun go down on your anger. Good girl! I wish I could say the same.  :notworthy:

Jesus and his father have righteous anger when there is disobedience.

When they turned Gods temple into a flea market Jesus had righteous anger displayed.

When Pharoah wouldnt free the Israelites God had righteous anger.

Some examples.

Sodom and Gomorrah disobeyed.God had righteous anger raining down fire.He also punished a wicked world in Noahs day with a flood that only 8 survived.Jesus scolded Peter when he drew his sword protecting Jesus from being arrested, telling him those that draw the sword will die by it.

BUT note...Jehovah is a JUST God.He always gave ample time, patience and would forgive before he punished.

He told Pharoah he could have eliminated him a long time ago and told him why he didnt.Pharoah still found out the hard way perishing when God  opened the sea and crushing him and his army.

All these examples are in the bible.

What most of U support ISNT...like Xmas, hell, man having an immortal soul, trinity, idols.

OH yes and God having a personal name.......Psalms 83:18 KJV that most of U dont use or agree with and yet U think your prayers are heard.

That is your interpretation, which I do not believe is always 100% correct.

So back up yours using the bible.

You write a book RE politics, this should be a breeze for you.

Not always 100% correct?OH so part of the bible U agree with and another part no?LOL!

Wait, maybe its best if i ask the question then u use the bible to explain.

If you think you are a good boy and going to heaven, what does it mean when the bible says God created the earth to be inhabited? And the righteous will live forever on it.

When everyone is dead there will not be anybody on earth.Tsk tsk.Doesnt seem to fit.

More questions to follow.Everybody is watching, and can chime in if they want to.Just put the proof up using the bible to back your answer up.There is no doubt we have done it for a long time.Lets see if U guys can back up your beliefs.

Jesus told Pilate he came to earth to bear witnesss to the truth. He taught his followers to do that too.Math 24:14 says the good news being preached RE Gods kingdom will be preached worldwide.Prove to me <anybody>your sect is doing that. You all know the JWs are in 240 lands doing it for free so it looks like they support what Jesus wants.Show me how your religeon is doing it.

I realize im wasting my time asking cos i KNOW You cant!!

Maybe that last question was too difficult.

Should we go to Xmas?Where in bible does it show 12/25 is Jesus birth and we should celebrate it.I can even show U the encyclopedia doesnt back that pagan holiday up.But lets see if U can pull a rabbit <or Santa>out of a hat.

Rabbit woulda been good for Easter analogy...LOL!!Another pagan doctrine.

Still difficult eh?Yeh i know.Tough when something isnt there eh?

Tick,tick,tick

Be a hero anybody. Please using the bible show us why YOUR religeon is the true one.

2 or more sets of doctrines cannot be correct if they disagree with each other.Either hell exists or it doesnt.Either the trinity exists or it doesnt.Either 12/25 is Jesus BD or it isnt.GET it?

To those that are on their own or just have an opinion this topic doesnt pertain to you. That just backs up what Satan said to Eve RE shes better off being independent from God.

Lets see proof using bible.

I am just stating my opinion, that's all. And you are stating yours.
I know that you will not accept my citations and reasoning, which is fine; but you and your religion are not the sole authority on biblical interpretation is all I am saying. (And before you jump on that - I am not saying that I have all the answers either and I am not saying it in a mean or derogatory fashion - I'm just saying that you are not 100% correct).
I have backed up many of my prior thoughts using the bible, but you often pick and choose what you cite and how you respond, so I'm not going to take your bait this time.

Christmas is in the bible - not the date December 25 I will admit, but Christmas itself is in the bible.
Hell is in the bible.
The immortality of man's soul is in the bible.
The trinity is in the bible.

I choose not to post any specific citations because you would not accept them and will turn to another nuance of your own interpretation, deflecting the points I make.

Go Bless you, Donnamarg, your passion for the topic is certainly outstanding. I do mean that sincerely.

So I'm just suppose to bottle up my anger until I explode? Nah. I'm getting real tired of turning the other cheek...
