it is taking me longer to cash out since forum bonus has stopped

my cashout was processed on August 20th at night and i received the payment by the 22nd. i think that it is the latest i have ever received but at least they are paying us! Hopefully, it will get better soon.

I requested my payment like I was suppose to, but have not received it yet. I get a check in the mail. I moved on September 28th and had my mail forwarded. I tried to change my address, but it would not let me. I submitted a support ticket and have not received anything other than a confirmation that they received it. It says the payment has been processed but I can't track it.
