A serving of which food has less than 3 teaspoons of added sugar?

A.  Yasso Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Greek Yogurt Bar
B.  Chobani Oat Vanilla Yogurt
C.  Honest T Peach Oo-La-Long Tea
D.  Starbuck's Almondmilk Caffe' Latte
E.  Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch Cereal

A.  Yasso Mint Choco Chip Greek Yogurt Bar has got only 2 teaspoons of added sugars.  The others have a least 3 teaspoons--a quarter of a day's worth.

Honest T Peach tea is very tasty :)

Greek Yogurt seems to always be a good choice of a snack, tons of protein in a serving as well.

I have only had the Raisin Bran and that was many many many years ago.

i may have to try the Yasso yogurt bar.I am always trying to limit my sugar intake. plus, It sounds good! :rainbow: :peace: :wave:

Raisin Bran is one of my favorite cereals.  The label however makes me pause and decide on other choices....
Kellogg’s Raisin Bran (1 cup)
190 calories
1 grams fat (0 grams saturated)
7 grams fiber
19 grams sugars
