Many of those who we serve feel like they aren't being heard and take a lot of comfort just in being able to tell their story to a friendly voice. Our purpose is not really to convert anyone - although I would gladly speak to the Catholic church to anyone who inquires. What I was actually referring to before was more that *I* get to live the gospel message from Matthew 25:35-45 when I do my job.
