I don't like slash and hack horror movies, but I do enjoy a good psychological thriller! Slash and hack horror movies that I've seen in the past usually have pretty poor plots and stories. Psychological thrillers, on the other hand, usually have pretty clever plots and stories.

I love scary movies like Lake Mungo, Paranormal Activity, Sinister, The Witch, It Follows, Insidious. The movies that rely on building up the suspense in your mind way before you actually see anything scary as oppose to the scare being some weird scene or something dramatic that has some horrifying symbolism to it and you have to analyze it to understand why its so scary.

I LoVe scary movies! Cabin Fever, The Ritual, Ma, The House that Jack Built, Split, Room for Rent, Poltergeist, Raw, Jennifer's Body, Truth or Dare, Insidious,The Witch and many many more. I love the thrill of it, mystery, just the scary notations. Amityville Horror is another one.

I love scary story's that actually make my spine tingle. But the last few years horror has suffered & there not very good. Kinda dad they could of done so much with a lot of the movies they have came out with and did not
