I brush my teeth the same as I always do.  I don't brush only because I am going to the dentist.

I prefer I do it then them, so they can focus on the deep cleaning, etc.....plus, if they see dirty teeth they'll question you a lot as a patient...

I always brush my teeth before I go to the dentist because I want her to see that I do care for my teeth and also to have a fresh breath.

I always brush my teeth and use mouthwash before going to the dentist.  I want my mouth to be as clean as it can be.
