A Virginia woman was fed up with her husband cheating and ran him over with her car. As he lay in the parking lot she continued to fuss at him and even threw her car bumper that came off her car on top of him as he lays lifeless. He's in critical condition.
No matter what someone does, this shouldn't have been a solution. She had no impulse control, but there is a law called Crime of Passion due to sudden anger or heartbreak to successfully raise the defense, the defendant must have acted immediately after the provocation, without time to "cool off".

That crime of passion nonsense is BS. She should be punished as harshly as any man would if he did the same thing but of course, that's not gonna happen. She will get a lesser sentence and be out on the streets again in no time.
