Cashout Issue
« on: July 22, 2020, 08:55:28 pm »
Hello,

I have been having an issue cashing out. My paypal is not verifiable since I don't have a landline and do not want to go through the hassle of fax'ing documents.

I would prefer a personal check or a direct deposit. For the last two weeks, every time i select those options, it gives me an error - 'internal error'. I've tried to reach out to the folks by submitting a ticket but have never had a response. Any help from the community is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

What I did was switch my mobile to Ting so my bill for two lines is less than anything I could find and then I installed a "Voice Over IP" service (VOIPO.com) where I pay once every two years that averages $8 a month to get unlimited minutes and all the call control I like.

Give PayPal a call and see if they can help.

Did you get a message saying that you need a landline to verify because the majority of consumers have given up landlines?

You might have to fax your documents. How many documents are you required to fax?

Other members have experienced your frustration. Some got it resolved but others did not.

Are you in the United States and are you using a computer?

unfortunately, I have gotten an internal error for 6 months trying to change my address. It seems that part of this site doesn't work at all. I did finally get my direct deposit set up. They don't answer support tickets, so there isn't any help from the higher ups.....unless another survey taker can help out on here.

I have been having the same issues as Suresh54kumar, but I never received a fax number or request to fax my documents to Fusioncash.   What is the number? I would be happy to do that if it helped them confirm my profile information to get cashed out.

Ssarber, how did you get your profile information saved to Fusioncash in the first place since you are trying to change it? It appears we started using the Fusioncash site at about the same time.  Just trying to figure out the similarities and differences to see if I can come up with a solution to getting a way to cashout.

I would be happy to help the administrator if they would just communicate.  The longer they go without answering help tickets, the more they will get and the further behind they will be.

Don't give up yet.  I put in a help ticket for this very thing and I did get a response back just yesterday saying that they were sending the issue to the appropriate department to get fixed and they were gald that I brought this to their attention.  Hopefully it fixes the issue across the board and all of us will benefit.

With the landlines going away,  Fusioncash will have to accommodate cellphones and wifi systems.  Paypal has been able to accomplish this and so I would think Fusioncash would too. If they don't, technology will leave them behind and people will move on to something else that accommodates them more readily.

I know all three million don't have support requests, but we need to be patient and get in line when we do!  The requests are answered first come first served and when we send multiple support tickets, we are again at the end of the line!!  Just saying be patient.

About FusionCash:

Since our founding in 2005, our members have received over $3M. They earn rewards for taking surveys, watching videos, reading emails, and more.

We're based out of sunny California, but we have more than three million registrants across the US and Canada.

I understand and agree we need to be patient because we don't know what is going on on the administrators end.

The website is capable of handling three million people due in part to good software programming that handles that many people.  However, even good programming requires updates and revisions in order to continue to function properly.  Many of the issues people are having are similar to each other.  Fixing a programming issue can solve or answer many help tickets at once.  Unfortunately,  issues which go unresolved for months only enhances the number of help tickets submitted.

If a company like PayPal can respond to 305 million customers, as quickly as they can, then it would be expected that Fusioncash be staffed relative to their client base and help them as well within a time frame that they set forth on their site.

I have been thankful and happy to get responses back from help tickets to date but none of the responses have fixed the problem.  I am still hopeful and continue to be patient but the looming deadline for cashing out without losing cash is quickly approaching.

I think someone is mistaken about the number of members. I do not believe that FC has three million members. It is closer to several thousand.

Where did anyone get the idea that FC has three million members?

I suggest either messaging or calling PayPal to see if there are other options for having your account verified for direct deposit. Hopefully, you'll get a reply back from FC on the ticket that your submitted and they'll have some answers for you.

According to Zoominfo (who has one of the leading B2B databases for sales and marketing), Fusioncash has 64 employees and a revenue of $14 Million.

Fusioncash has posted on their website that they have three million registrants.

It says so at the bottom of the page under "Affiliates"
