Good things Happening.

It's going to be a good day.  A few months ago I had the opportunity to have a job working from home.  Well things happened and I couldn't take the job then.  A few days ago, I contacted the place and set up an appointment via phone.  Today I am ready to take that job.  I will start in August.  I am so excited.

That's wonderful news, tjshorty! It paid to take the initiative and reconnect with that employer. Bet you never thought you'd be working with them after you couldn't take the job a few months ago. Funny how things work out so well sometimes. Hope all goes well come August!

That is great to hear.  I do hope all goes well with it.  There seems to be more and more companies who are hiring staff to work from home.  I think it's called working remotely.

That is absolutely awesome - congratulations !  My sister-in-law worked at an Insurance co. that got bought out and her department permanently laid off - then someone she used to work with got her on with a company that only works from home.  It was a real blessing and she is very happy as I hope and feel sure you will be also.
