Not because of the pandemic, but I'm eating a lot more vegetables.  Its garden season!

We generally cook a lot of food on Sunday and then we have left overs to eat all week.  Both my husband and I work demanding full time jobs.  I don't have the time or desire to cook when I get home from work each night.  I enjoy cooking, but only when I have the time.

Our family just began to use Hello Fresh, a meal subscription service, which made the decision making a lot easier.

As most people will say cooking for 1 is terrible. i hate it!
i make most of meals in advance in large batches because i don't like to cook. If i am hungry and don't have something available like grilled chicken i either won't eat or i'll eat junk.
summer is easier (except for ice cream) because there are a lot of fresh fruits and veggies! :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

No I'm still eating the same things that I ate before the virus.  Sometimes it gets kind of boring eating the same things all the time, but if you live with someone who is picky you don't have much choice.

I like a diversion occasionally, like lightly toast a slice of bread and spread it with crunchy peanut butter, then a layer of sliced banana and another layer of whipped cream. swirls of Hershey's no sugar chocolate and a sprinkle of unsalted whole peanuts.

It gets irritating trying to figure out what to eat. You want to eat healthy, (salads) but then that gets boring or you crave fried chicken, starch all over again. Eating out is something I've been doing but don't want to do that too much either. It's a never ending cycle on dieting and weight fluctuations.

I make a cabbage salad, like the new ones they have come out with that we can eat for 3 or 4 nights for supper and we just add different  proteins and crackers.   I use cabbage as the base of the salad as it stays fresh longer, We eat our hot meal in the middle of the day.

To eat...or not to eat. It is the question.
Ask yourself this question? Is it good for me or not?
Avoid junk food...eat and drink healthy stuff!
It is all up to you.
