I will be another day older at the end of the month. I always enjoyed having a summer birthday because of the outside parties and bbq :)

I hope July doesn't have too many 90-plus degree days with high humidity. It has always been my favorite month because I love to go outside on nice sunny afternoons and sit in the shade and read.

Thank you very much and a healthy/happy July to you! The year is officially half over and so thankful to still be able to read, write and breath! Who would have thought that there would be one hundred and thirty thousand less people celebrating independence day? One of my family members has to work on Friday. Apparently Bank of America is recouping the politically oriented thousand dollar bonuses the handed out by taking away paid three day weekends for theit employees. I am going to spend the third hiking to the top of a fourteen thousand foot mountain ("fourteener" in local parlance") with my daughter. My wife scaled one two weeks ago and came home sore and exhausted. I won't let anyone know if I come back in rough shape.
