how do i do the survays they dont work????

I tried doing surveys but they didn't pay me HELP!

Did you complete the entire survey?  If you get disqualified for whatever reason, you won't earn anything.  I the other hand, if you think something is wrong, you can contact support.

yes on the repeatable surveys section i did a 1 dollar survey and they didn't pay

I suggest you try FC  Surveys, on the top right.  With these, even if you disqualify you still get 1 cent and sometimes 5 or 15 cents for long disqualify.  It adds up and sometimes you qualify.  Just today I got a 30,40 and 60 cent credited surveys with them.     Also try Tap Research Surveys, they pay when disqualified too and also count for the 5 cents in offers needed to do the daily PTC.
