Also the other 3 cops - none of them were white. SO that kind of throws the whole racist thing out the window.
That's not true. One of them is Hmong, one is white, and I'm not sure about the third - he has an Asian last name, but he looks mixed race to me. Anyway, are you saying only white people can be racist against blacks? I'm not saying any of them are (or not), but racism goes in all directions.
It IS true. OR the article on yahoo and msn is lying. I am not saying anything. Dang people twist everything. I have said multiple times racism goes in every direction and been attacked multiple times for that statement. Are you saying only blacks get discriminated against? It goes in every direction. But if you listen to the protestors that is what they seem to be saying. They are just as racist when they attack a random white person just because they are white. And that has happened a lot over the past few days. ![Sad :(](//d1o9fadw0wez7f.cloudfront.net/Smileys/Lots_O_Smileys/sad.png)
And FYI I did not get my info from looking at the skin of the 3 men. I actually READ the article where it told what the races were. NONE of the 3 are listed as being white. Only the one that was arrested first.
No, one of them is very clearly white. You can easily find their mugshots online. When did I say only blacks are discriminated against?
The other "White" police officer, Thomas Lane, was a rookie cop that was on something like his 4th shift as a full fledged cop.
>told Chauvin to stop - twice
>volunteered to help Somali refugee youth
>tutored inner city black children
>gave Floyd CPR
The other officer, "Kueng is a black man who grew up in north Minneapolis with a single mom who adopted four at-risk children from the community"
Not everything is because of Racism... sometimes it's just bad cops & really bad police standards/regulations within the inner working of the police department itself. I'm not for defunding the police, but I am definitely for restructuring & periodic mental health assessments - hopefully that is included.
