As we are heading towards another cash out next week, I just gave up trying to change my address,  and I am trying direct deposit instead of a paper check. I just hope that works.

Not always.  A few months ago everyone was complaining because there was an issue with direct deposit and it did not go in to people's accounts.

Well that's scary. I just switched to DD because I couldn't get a paper check. I had $93. I hope it works

I usually do get some kind of answer to support tickets, but not until like a month has passed. And then the replies are usually just canned statements that don't really answer the question I asked. It is very frustrating.

I think the person behind this site needs to just shut it down or sell it to another site.  He does not seem interested any longer.  Like I said on another thread the last ticket I sent in the reply said that part of the site is working fine.  Well it was not 4-6 weeks ago when I sent in the ticket.

Speak of the Devil, I just got a support ticket response today from FC.  It was from a couple of months ago, when Tap surveys were NOT crediting on FC.  The answer was simply, "Bye"!     LOLOLOL, How Rude!     :bootyshake:

We're sorry, but an internal error prevented your request from going through. Please try again in an hour or two. Now that's the messge I'm getting after completing the survey information. Tried again still getting the same message.

Back in the day FC was really prompt about answering support tickets but it seems that ship has sailed...Like you said ssarber FC is still a great legit site and there seems to be slimmer pickings every day.    I hope you get your new address issues resolved soon with FC Adm.   As this is not an issue FC members can help you with.

Prompt back in the day? I didn't put tickets in a lot "back in the day" but when I did, it would be at least a couple weeks until they were answered. One person answering so i understood, but the last support ticket I put in was months ago, in fact-last year when it was owned by someone else. I got an answer last week. So, evidently, the new owner is playing catch-up.

I hope the new owner succeeds with FC. It's a great site. I've given up a lot of other sites because of not enough things to do, not paying enough, having too high of cash out amounts and restrictions, and not enough ways to cash out.

Wait, FC has a new owner? Is this recent? I thought it was always the same person running FC. I didn't know they changed owners.

How do you know there is a new owner? Is there any proof of this or are you just guessing?

A quick google search shows it is the same person who has always been listed as the owner.
