May is one of my favorite months.In Ma. usually the sun is out it's not to hot.The flowers are blooming. There is lots to do outside ! I love cookouts and walks on the beach. I hope we will able to do those things again with the ones we love.
Remember to enjoy each day.-Life is short.

It's a beautiful first day of May in my location in Georgia! It does put me in mind of cookouts, which we can do with just our immediate family, even if the virus is still around. I'm also looking forward to doing some yard work and gardening (herb garden). I think the beautiful spring weather (not the dog days summer weather here) puts me in a good, hopeful mood.

I am grateful that another month is behind us especially with everything that is going on and having to abide by the stay at home orders.  Another month at home during May but it so worth it and maybe able to sit on the deck this month and not be indoor so much.

     Some countries celebrate International Workers' Day today May 1rst.
     Our equivalent is Labor Day.
     Congratulation to all workers worldwide.
     Your hard work has made our lives easier...much easier.

May 1 was bittersweet.  It is my Dad's birthday.....he would have been 93. 

The weather yesterday was absolutely gorgeous.  I was able to take the residents from the group home for a drive and sit by the pond to watch geese.  We stayed in the van, but with the windows down we could hear the geese honking and other birds chirping.   Also saw tractors in the fields as farmers are busy planting.
