I am happy to say that I got my February and March forum posting payment the same day.  I was very excited to say the least. 

Also I was not aware of the fact that my posting had to contain a certain amount of words.  I guess I need to brush up on the rules.

Actually you can submit it right now (if you have over 30 contributory posts and follow the guidelines), or anytime between now and May 31. I submitted mine weeks ago.
