Internal server error with account info edit

Everytime I try to edit account info, it says internal server error.

Same problem here... Been trying to change my spellings to have the correct paypal info... it errors everytime.. So, try to change to check payment, same error

I just joined, but looking over the various posts, a number of people are having this same issue.  It seems like either they don't care, or don't have a clue how to fix it.  The "clear your cache" and try a "different browser" suggestions obviously don't work.

I was going to cash out today, but I moved and have to change my address. I get the same message!! I need to change it quick to get a May payment.

There are not a lot of posters but all who have posted are newbies.  It must be a problem on the Fusion Cash end and it is a new problem I suggest that you open a support ticket and make the administrator aware of the problem. You might not hear back from administrator but the problem might get fixed anyways.

I moved in February and had no trouble changing my address.

I sent in a ticket. I doubt I will be able to get a check this next month, but I'll wait it out. Or I may just do a paypal credit.

I have been a member for a while moved on March 1 still trying to update my address keep getting error and have 2 tickets open so far no response.

2 open tickets here also. No response at all. It would be nice to at least be acknowledged even if they are busy.

Same issue here. I've been a member for years (definitely not new just haven't posted here before) and I can't update my address.

Can't redeem PTC or daily email, just sits there!
 Got thru the 2.5 min and the sponsers page!  Had trouble logging in too!

 But was able to today, got a .01 ¢  disqual so I know it's connecting today!  What is wrong?   Yesterday kept getting "Recaptcha certificate expired"  to "Site Owner"  when I tried to login all day!!

anybody still have the problem since FC came back on today? I've never had that problem... just wondering if it was fixed now
