Can Not Make My 5 Cents Part II

This is frustrating and discouraging.

I was unable to make my 5 cents for two or three days. Then I got enough searches on my video page to make my 5 cents for two days. That dried up but I was able to do a Peanut Lab survey to make my 5 cents plus yesterday or the day before.

But once again, nothing. Thus far, I have not been able to make my 5 cents so that I will be able to do PTC tomorrow. I will keep trying.

I feel your frustration.  I've struggled the last week, myself.  But, I've managed to find "my kind of task"!!!  It lets you change your answer, if you write in something they won't accept.  You can keep trying until your answer is accepted.

I wish I could do tasks. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, they won't accept my registration--even though I registered successfully last year--and it's against TOS to register more than once. Oh well, my consolation prize is the DQs from the FC surveys (Samplicious are great for that), even though they won't count toward PTC.

I just made myself a liar. I just tried signing into Figure8 one more time and lo and behold the login worked. And I was able to do the one task that was available to me. Well, one penny is better than nothing.

Update: Okay, I finally know why these aren't available for me.... I live in California and they recently passed that silly bill that makes gig workers supposed employees. So gig/task companies pretty much dropped all of us here in Cali. I lost many of my transcription work because of that bill. I wish I could meet that woman in person and tell her how much money she's lost me so far.

Okay, back to searching for pennies.

I've been having a lot of trouble as well. Not as many "videos" available has certainly cause myself troubles.

And just in the nick of time I scored a Peanut Labs survey. And, I just found out that I could cancel my cash out (most of my earnings are under the 180 expiration limit), add what I earned to it and re-requested the cash out. That way I can just go to my other sites until Tap gets fixed. I'm glad I could do that. It takes the stress off a bit.

As of right now I am sitting on one penny towards the nickel I'll need for PTC tonight.  I say tonight because I'll lose the PTC bonus if I fail to do it before 2:00am CT.  I am hoping that the "search" videos will show up for me "live" around midnight again.  They did last night, but that window of opportunity closes for me once I get credited for 5 of these offers.

              Same here.  I have 0 of the 5 cents, with a few FC DQ'd   I got 11 cents from Tap but it didn't credit on my account.  I may try a couple more FC surveys before I give up.

I barely made my 5 cents and will barely be able to cashout this month with about $25.50.... normally I have 28 or more.... this will be the first time I won't be able to cashout if I don't get 25 cents before the end of the month which is getting really hard to do... I hope things get better soon...I'm wondering if things are this way because more people are staying home and doing FC

Heads up!  I found one "search" video in my video list around 11:30pm CT.  I scrambled to complete it and received the credit.  So, since the same video was still there after refreshing the page, I tried it again.  It said the offer was not available at the moment.  "Please try again later."  Well, I did (and "later" was only about 5 or so minutes later).  It worked.  And worked.  And kept working.  The same "Explore Today!" was crediting me the penny so I got the much-needed 5¢.  Then I waited a few minutes, tried it once more and got the message that it was not available, etc.

My point is do not be put off by that message we've all seen.  I used to think the search offer was one-and-done.  It looks like FC is rationing the 5¢ we need daily to complete PTC.  Good luck!
