I emailed Tap support about our problem. Support emailed me back but .....

I was told by "Sarah" that I was given a one time credit. it was suggested that I go to my profile and update.

I emailed "Sarah" back that all the member on FC trying TAP are having the same problem as me.

The credit has not shown up in my FC account. I attempted another TAP and got one cent for DQ'ing but it is not in my account.

I am going to open a support ticket with FC.

Seems to be just happening on here....made almost $3 from TAP on another site and all credited no problem.

Thank you, Bostonphil, for speaking up for all of us.  This sounds like the same-old runaround from Tap in which they appear to be the last to know what is happening with the FusionCash account.  Hopefully, once Sarah gave you "the one-time credit" she actually understood what you wrote and has passed it on.

Of course, this is not the first time the arrangement made between FusionCash and Tap Research has been forgotten (recalling vividly the year 2017 {specifically, a couple of months during the summer} when FusionCash members were receiving 25¢ each time they disqualified for a Tap survey -- and I will continue to believe that deal was a benefit to Tap as they were changing their system to recognize and pay for the time spent attempting to qualify for surveys).  I've lost count now, but we've seen something like what is happening now (non-crediting) at least once every year since 2017.  Thankfully, it has always gotten resolved.  Fingers crossed.

Hopefully FC support responds in a timely manner. I have fortunately found other ways to meet the minimum earning requirements for the PTC (Peanut Labs). Also, you are right nra joe, I tried Tap Research on a different site and everything credited correctly.

I usually get credited when I read about others having this problem, but not this time. No credit for me either.

Yeah, I think it's an FC issue myself. Because I saw on my Tap account it showed I had got rewarded for the ones I did today and yesterday, it's just not being picked up by FC. I hope you hear back from them soon. I opted to NOT send a help ticket since I knew others already had. Thank you :)

I did 2 tasks, got me my 5 cents, and left! I wasn't impressed with the tasks, not much fun! And no market research ones available that I normally would do when I need my 5 cents :(

I went to my TAP account and also see that TAP did credit for me but, as you said, it is not showing up in Fusion Cash. I opened a support ticket with FC and got a confirmation that a ticket had been opened. I hope they get back with us all soon because I could not make my 5 cents today. I attempted a FC survey and got DQ'd. My penny did show up in my account. I think that we have been down this road before.

I have never been good with Tasks. I am unable to make my 5 cents today.

Bostonphil, try the 1¢ 'search your keyword,' 'click for more information,' 'engage & explore,' 'discover today' type of videos in your video list now so you can get your 5¢.  It's after 1:00am CT now, but they started working for me after midnight.  :thumbsup:

Yes, no credit for me either today, this happened a few years back and it was fixed hopefully they fix it soon

I also put a ticket in to both Tap and FC.  I also mentioned it is happening to a lot of us, (if not all) going by the forum posts.  FC actually replied to my ticket a couple of months ago, so maybe I'll hear from them.  I agree it seems to be on FC's end.  I did finally qualify and finish a FC survey but it took a while, so I was able to do the PTc.

I am hoping to get credit from some search videos today.  I may not get to ptc today if this does not work.  I am glad I am not the only one with Tap challenges.
