I heard that the swab goes all the way to your stomach from your nose, but they're trying to make them more user friendly now.  :sweat: I heard this on the news this morning.

Not sure if this is sarcasm or you really heard this.  That is completely foolish.  And no way it could be done from your car.  But we are to the point now where there are more rumors than truth.  And some of them are pretty convincing. Most I just roll my eyes at it and go on.  People also need to click and read stories instead of making "informed" decisions by reading headlines (which are often misleading) and well as looking at the picture that goes with the article.

The swab is 6" & goes through your nose to the back up your throat. It's a nasal swab.
If the swab only rubs inside of the nose, it gives false negatives -- according to the doctor at the daily press briefings of the WuhanVirus

Viruses don't live in the stomach due to the acid content. That is why you could eat it & it wouldn't matter.
Access is primarily respiratory.
