110 minutes survey???

This was probably just a typo but I was attempting a TAP survey which said 10 minutes when I began. After answering a lot of questions, I got a page telling me that I was qualified for the following survey and it was a 110 minute survey.  I chose not to continue but now I wish that I had.

Longest survey I've ever done was 30 minutes and it paid $10.
Ive done 90 minute focus groups before but those paid between $35-$100 each.
Last one was $100 had livestream the DNC primary.
Got a 90 minute focus group on the 17th that pays $45.

Don't think it was a typo, but it's also possible that the survey wasn't 110 minutes. The times are an estimate and they're usually off. I've done "30 minute" surveys in less than 10 minutes before.

If it were actually 110 minutes, I hope for everyone's sake that they paid generously and not just a couple of cents, lol.

I swear it seems like some of the surveys I've taken recently SEEM to last 110 minutes...they aren't but WOW, have I stumbled on a batch of tedious surveys that seem to take forever!

I have never attempted a survey quite that long. I once took one that was around 30 minutes, but it required watching an entire episode of a program and then reacting to it. I wonder if yours was something like that. I did receive a reward of around $4.20 if I remember correctly.

the times are estimates as they don't know how long someone will ponder a question and someone else just rush thru it... I've had some say 5 minutes that took longer and others that said 20 minutes that were shorter... I just use my best judgement

Sometimes I will attempt a longer survey if I'm in the right mood, but usually regret the decision.  After about 45 minutes, I'm ready to pull my hair out, going, "How can they possibly ask this many questions about this subject???"  But once I've invested that much time, I'm hugely unwilling to quit, if I have the time available. I keep thinking that the next question will be the last.

I would not attempt a survey that long unless the payout was much higher. I usually do not have time for long lengthy surveys.

To be honest, a LOT of the surveys I do always say one thing, then end up being WAY longer than what was stated. They suck you in, and by the time you are like "screw it" you rethink and finish it out...not wanting all that lost time to go for nothing. I think FC should not let them do that. If it says 4 mins, then it should be 4 mins! Anything over we should get a bonus. (Hey, a girl can dream..can't she? LOL )

I like short surveys. The shorter the better.
