I just put on a roast with all the vegetables, it is going to be a busy day, but when I get home the house will smell great and dinner will be 99% ready.  Will just have to set the table, make a salad and get out some beverages.  Can't wait

I think it'll be meatloaf today. I bought a giant package of ground beef, gotten a few good meals out of it but by now I'm sick of it.

Looks like it is spaghetti and meatballs for me tonight. Can you tell that I absolutely LOVE Italian cuisine!

It won't be chicken of any kind for awhile.  I am just about ready to toss a pork roast in the cooker.  Sweetpotatoes and greenbeans sounds good right now.

Last night I made a Cauliflower Crust Pizza.  It turned out amazingly tasty and held the toppings like a regular crust.  It was surprisingly easy to to make too.  My husband said we can have it again.  Woot!!

Well, last night, it was a simple bowl of cereal and a glass of Kool-Aid for me. I was simply too tired to make something. :( It was a late night for me last night.

I am having my favorite snack-POPCORN.  I know it's not dinner, but I often eat dinner for breakfast or vice versa.

we are going to have meatball subs for the first time. I never tried them before so hopefully they come out good and the rest of the family likes them.

My hubby made me a really odd-combo dinner that was delicious last night: roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, chicken sausages with onions and mushrooms, fresh guacamole, and garden salad.

Last night we had mashed potatoes with steamed vegetables. It is such a staple traditional dish that my son enjoys. As I am spending more time at home, I find that I am having more time to make the old dishes that our family used to enjoy.
