We made something new tonight! It was Tuscan white bean pasta (budgetbytes.com). It has pasta, cannellini beans, baby spinach, grape tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and bacon at the table for a topper. Wow, it was fantastic! We'll definitely be making that again!  :peace:

Tonight my husband grilled chicken thighs while I stir-fried some zucchini and mushrooms.  We ate on the patio under a clear blue sky.  Hoping for many many more evenings like this.  summer goes by sooooo fast!

We are having Cauliflower and chickpea masala tonight. My sons love love love Indian food, so we make some kind of Indian food almost every week. Just to let you know, the recipe is on Budget Bytes, and it's pretty easy to make. We get a lot of recipes from Beth on Budget Bytes, LOL!  :peace:

I don't plan my meals.  What ever is in the fridge.  I hate cooking.

Last night, I had macaroni and cheese and Kool-Aid. A pretty good, albeit unhealthy (LOL), combination.
