Sounds healthy AND tasty- way to go : )

We had homemade vegetable and mushroom soup with a splash of cream and a side salad made with cucumbers, onion and tomato with lemon olive oil dressing. Super yummy! Can make it on stove or in slow cooker. Put leftover in the freezer for a quick dinner night.

Faced with a rainy day (not usual August weather), We had Hot Buffalo Chicken Arms, Hot Mexican Rice, Broccoli Crowns and Watermelon to cool it all down.

Any thing that can be easily thrown together.  I don't like cooking.

We had one of our favorite suppers this evening: beef kofta meatballs, roasted vegetables, rice, and a great tahini sauce. I just end up putting the roasted veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, white button mushrooms, grape tomatoes) and the meatballs on top of my rice and then drizzle the whole thing with the tahini sauce. Delicious! My whole family gets into making this supper.  :peace:
