Corn dogs I got buy one get one free.  Later I will probably also make a can of pea soup and have crackers with it.  We were going to have hamburger helper but got busy cleaning and forgot to take HB out in time to thaw.

We had homemade vegetable and mushroom soup with a splash of cream and a side salad made with cucumbers, onion and tomato with lemon olive oil dressing. Super yummy! Can make it on stove or in slow cooker. Put leftover in the freezer for a quick dinner night.

We have broiled catfish, kale greens, apples, cherries, figs, and apricots cooked together, left over from last night. Then I will cook a baked potato to go with it.  We will also have raw carrots, squash, avocado, and grapes to go with it.

Tonight we had Mediterranean takeout for dinner. My youngest son and I had gyro sandwiches and my husband and oldest son had the Mediterranean Grill Platter, which was kofta kebab, shish kebob, and gyro meet with basmati rice and a Greek salad. It cost more than we would usually pay for takeout ($50), but it was very special and well worth it!  :peace:
