if you are talking to me, it took less than a month.   This discussion was posted in February

I am glad to hear you got a resolution to your question from support. Usually all I get is some canned reply that doesn't really answer the question I asked. The email they send you when you put in a question to support says they try to repond in 48 hours but my experience is the same as yours - it actually takes about a month.

Fusion Cash is now a one man operation, so I believe. When I joined and for some years afterwards, there were two or more administrators.

The last ticket I sent in the issue is now fixed.  They did answer me about 2-3 months later saying there is no issue with this part of the site.  I did reply to the email and tell them there WAS when I created the ticket 3 months ago. lol

I think you are correct.  But when you can't pay people you can't keep them as an employee.  I think it is a one man show and barely hanging on.  Just wait, this will be one of the next sites to shut down. I don't care if it has been around for 10 years.  There is nothing new on the site ever.  And over half the stuff on the site no longer works.

My last ticket was submitted on April 8th, so it's only been 2 months, it was concerning the Tap credits that didn't get applied to my FC account back in March. It is still open so hopefully I'll get a response sooner or later lol. If not, oh well. :)

Here's my thought...the admin, whether it be a sole person or a handful, should hire some of us to help out! Like to take care of payment picture posting bonuses, or forum posting bonus, or just to answer help ticket questions! I've been waiting quite some time for my payment picture bonus, have another in que, and hope to cash out this month to have another next month. I wish they would allow more than 1 at a time.

I actually did ask the forum (and everyone is very nice on here) but it was about changing my address since I moved. I did all the suggestions and still can't change it. Thanks though! I just plan to keep trying.

I do not think there is money to hire anyone else. There was a time when there was one or two other moderators on FC and our tickets got answered quickly. But now FC is a one man show. There must be a reason the other staff is gone.
