Robo Calls with my home phone number

When I had a landline this happened to me all the time.  I had caller ID so I got in the habit of not answering the calls if I didn't recognize the number.  I do this on my cell phone too.

I wonder if that's what been happening to me for the past half a year or so. If so, there is only so many numbers I can block on my phone...

Those robo-callers can put any number they want in your caller ID. Putting one's own number is a favorite of theirs as are numbers beginning with your area code and the first three digits of your local number too.

I too have Robocalls come up in my phone with my initials, last name and phone number.  I guess the scammers think everybody is stupid.  I am so fed up with the calls.

I got one of these the other day, I ignored it, and they didnt leave a message. Some kind of scam Im sure

I been getting calls like that for the last 3 years. I cannot believe in this day and age something like this is happening. It just shows you how well all this security is working.

I got a call from my own number last month. I know why they spoof numbers, but I wonder why they bother calling the same number they're spoofing. Maybe a few people answer out of curiosity.

Yes all of the above and it is so weird how they are able to do so!

Sometimes I just answer it, and walk out of the room.  Especial if I have answered and their is no response.

I get them a lot on my land line and as for my cell phone I get a Chinese one that keeps on calling once a day even though I don't understand it at all as for my land line one time an Apple scam call kept on calling +15 times non stop saying my Apple phone security has been breach please call this number. I find it funny since I only have android in my house.
