Mixed reaction to Tap Research Survey
« on: January 23, 2020, 01:28:51 pm »
First, I started a survey, and it told me after I was about 60% through, that I had qualified for the survey. This made no sense to me. Then, when I finished, a second survey started right away, and I received no credit for the first one. However, I at least received a .06 disqualification bonus from the second survey.

In the last couple of days, I have noticed some weird stuff on Tap, too.  I did one survey that repeated two questions (income and ethnicity) over and over...I finally closed out and made a note about what happened. Yesterday, I started a 5 min survey before I needed to leave.  After 15 mins, I was at 20%.  So I just closed it.   I'm not complaining, Tap is good to me every day.   I know these things happen and you just have to move on!

Even with misfires and strangeness,  Tap is still paying.  I will keep trying with them.

Yesterday I did a survey on Tap that was for .06.  It DQ'd me and the DQ was .07.  The DQ was more than the survey would've been.   ::)

It does this to make sure you are answering consistently.

I had a TAP survey that was supposed to 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I finally completed it and got my $.34 reward.  That's like getting a salary of $1.02 per hour.

I love tap.. it is quirky at times but you do get a dq and I do qualfy for many of them... even small amounts add up quickly... most times the dqs happen after a few questions

I had a similar one that went on forever and I finally got to the obvious end, but then it started at 0% again and didn't give me any credit until I'd finished the second part.  It was kinda like they were offering two for the price of one!
