It is definitely demographics that disqualifies people from surveys however it could be based on a lot of things. It really depends what they are looking for.

How would we know.  You do not qualify.  The surveys are looking for something specific.  If they want teenage girls and you are a middle aged man you will not qualify.

I used to qualify and was able to cash out just doing surveys alone but that was years ago.  No other demographic for me has changed but my age so I guess that's why.  Pretty discouraging.

Honestly, I think if you make too much money doing the surveys they either ban you or just dq you.  Several on here who were making quite a bit from the surveys alone are now banned from even doing the surveys.

Quotas tend to be filled up pretty quickly...or so it says...

And I am sure that is correct.  I do surveys on another site and it pays really well.  The lowest paid is 75 cents.  And most surveys only take a few minutes.  People check the site often.  When something drops people are on top of it.

I think the reason why I am disqualified for so many surveys is because there's a lot of people in my demographic (50s, female, white, from the South) that have already filled the quota for the survey by the time I get to it. I also think age may have a bit to do with it, because probably a lot of the surveys have a larger quota for younger people. Just my two cents. 

This is another reason to try to get referrals who are not your friend or live in your town.  Why give myself competition.

But who really knows.  Sometimes I put where I live, age or where I shop and am thrown out.  The ones I think are kind of funny it asks if you do or shop of have a particular thing you say no then it asks you all kinds of questions about it.
