Yes this happens once in a while and it always happens after a very long survey. I try hitting the back button or the refresh and to no success, it does not work.

This is the first day that I was able to access FC.  Feb 1 and 2-I wasn't unable to access FC.  I guess the server was down or something.

I've had it happen to me a few times.  I probably wouldn't mind too much if 'something went wrong' at the very beginning of the survey.  Even though that is how it goes sometimes, I've had things 'go wrong' when I am at the very end; sometimes after hitting the submit button thinking that I've successfully completed the questionnaire. It can be quite annoying.

Thank you for this.  I have been doing this and it seems to do the trick!  I never thought about trying that. I had meant to come back and tell you but could not remember where this convo took place. lol

yes, but sometimes i can restart the survey and it will go thru.

I have had this happen to me several times.  I just continue on with something else.  I hardly ever qualify for surveys anyway so it doesn't bother me.

It doesn't bother you to sit there and complete a survey over and over and over and then when you hit the final submit to get a pop up that says "opps something went wrong" and you do not get anything?

I get that error message sometimes.  I did a survey today for 25 minutes and got a message that I didn't qualify. Now that
really p****d me off.

Yes.  More so in the last few weeks.  Sometimes refresh helps.

Yes! Or it'll say I didn't qualify when I know for a fact I just completed the whole survey.  It's frustrating to say the least.

That's true, and sometimes when you attempt to redo it you'll get an error message that says you've already attempted this survey.

   Try later-the Internet is down!

The internet is not down.  And you can't try later.  Once you enter a survey that is it.  You cannot re-enter the same survey.  Besides the fact that the survey has been completed.  Then this pops up after I hit the final submit.
