I don't get catalogs so much as other junk mail like loan offers, credit cards, insurance, etc....at this point I have just gotten used to ignoring it.

I don't get a lot of junk mail or catalogs. I guess I've been lucky.

I completely understand.  Be sure to notice the check box when you order, requesting whether or not you want to receive emails of future promotions.  I always say NO and don't get as many "foreign" catalogues.

I get a lot of different Catalogs. I can't stand it, all the junk mail fills my Trash Can up. We are forever taking the Trash out and having to buy so many Garbage Bags. The bags are expensive. Maybe I should request a refund from all these Catalog Companies.

Darn I got 14 catalogs in my mail today and only 4 of them are companies I ever ordered from the rest are shared information catalogs which really ticks me off.  Even the companies I ordered one or two times from didn't mean I wanted mailed catalogs because I would have accessed them online. Oh well keep calling and asking to be removed. I hate junk mail.

I only got 4 this year around Christmas. One catalog "threatened" that it may be my "last catalog" if I didn't order this year. Got that one every year for the past 4 years and never placed an order with them! One company that aggravates me is Blair. I get a catalog a week from them. Yep, that's what I said. It drives me crazy because it's the same items only arranged on different pages. Why do that?  I only order from them once in a couple years.

I hate junk mail too.   I recently joined a new site that I heard about in this forum.  SBKcenter, (small business knowledge).  They actually send you prepaid envelopes to mail back to them, for most of your junk mail, (but no catalogs or magazines).   You receive points and when you reach 2,000 points, get a $20 visa online gift card which can be used at Amazon, Walmart, etc.   From what I've heard most people get to $20 in points in a couple or three months.  I just started, so have not received a Gift Card yet.  They also take some junk emails and give you points.   I figure, why not give it a shot?    :moneymouth:

Huh. How does this company benefit? Are you sure they aren't just getting your information too?

I don’t get too many anymore.  At one time I got a lot, but thankfully that stopped.  If they look interesting I might look through them, but they all end up in the garbage.

I have all of my mail forwarded to the Post Office where I have a post office box. Once a month I go in and sort out the important correspondence (generally about three to four envelopes) and the rest goes into the recycle bin. It gets frustrating when all of that garbage comes to the house and you feel compelled to look at it each and every day. I used to open the postage paid, pre-paid offers, fill them with junk mail and send them back but that lost it's luster after a while. I still get the little local newspaper but thanks to the neighbornextdoor app I was able to determine what e-mail address what e-mail is needed to cancel this service. Now I just need the time to drop the e-mail. I have been getting a lot of junk e-mail from politicians lately. Every time I cancel one of those it seems that two jump back in it's place.

Don't get that many.  Pretty much only get ones that I have ordered from.

OMG. I recently experienced this. It is a pain in the *bleep*, but I actually contacted each of the companies. Many of them have actually honored my request to stop sending me their catalogs. Unfortunately, it takes a while before they stop coming.
