Football playoffs

This weekend the football playoffs will start. My team the 49ers will have  a bye week and  homefield advantage . I hope they go far because there are a lot of great teams in the playoffs this year

I think the 49ers have a good chance because I think the second best team in the NFC are the Saints and they would need to go to Green Bay to win before they got to San Fran and I don't think they can win in the cold. I think the 49ers beat the seahawks/eagles easily.

Sunday's game is the wildcard matchup of Eagles and Seahawks.  Who wants it the most?  I know the Eagles are hurting at this point, but they could pull it off.  However, they probably won't be able to survive the next round.

I'm rooting for the Seahawks and think they still have a chance with Wilson's ability to pull the rabbit out of the hat at the last minute and Lynch still able to plow through brick walls.

Tenn Titans v. NE Patriots tonight.  Interesting to see Patriots in the wildcard spot for a change.  Tom Brady's 2019 passer rating {88.0} and completion percentage {60.8} were his lowest in a season since 2013 so this may not be a walkover after all.  I don't think their defense will prevail if called upon, but it remains to be seen what and if Brady can do it...again.

My team Ravens play next week, so hope they can continue with the great plays. Lamar Jackson is a talented quarterback!!

I can't believe it is almost Super Bowl time again. That sure came around fast. I most find something to do Super Sunday that has nothing to do with football like I did last year.

Woohoo!  Texans win against Buffalo in OT.  22 - 19  It was yet another Houston comeback in playoff history.  Now they will face either the Chiefs or Ravens in the divisional round.  It's Houston's first playoff win since the 2016 season.

All I can say is good luck to who ever get in the Superbowl !!   None of the tams I love have gotten in to the playoffs this year so I will wait to see who gets into the superbowl and root for one of them

49er fan here hope they go to the superbowl and win. my son will be thrilled. remember when they lost aboutn 5 years ago. my son and all the folks in san fran just went home. no celebration then.

Well, well, well...did anybody watch the Titans pull it off last night?  20 - 13  Shock!  This pulled the plug on NE's dominance.  Derrick Henry is the man!  He proved hard to handle by the Patriots as he rushed against their defense for 204 yards!  Seeing as how this helped QB Tannehill considerably in this wildcard game win, what can happen in the next round?

I am not giving up on the Seahawks yet. Wilson and Lynch will not give up either until the last whistle blows. GO HAWKS!
