Hannukkah Stabbings
« on: January 03, 2020, 07:30:11 am »
The guy that went after the Jewish people with a machete at the rabbi's home has been caught and there will be a grand jury finding as I understand.  Police said he was covered with blood when they found him.  In 2018, he also threatened a police officer with a knife and they think he might be involved in another assault.
Comment is: During my long lifetime, I have never seen bitterness, bias, or hatred (whatever you want to call it) against so many different groups. There seems to be problems with blacks, latinos, LGBTQ, women, Jews, Middle Easterners, and I'm sure I've missed a few!  How about just living your life and letting others live theirs? So much judgment!

No advancement in this department at all that I can see and worse maybe is what people can get away with for what seems like a long time before they are caught if they are caught and brought to justice if they are even brought to justice.  It is sad very heartbreaking.

I do not understand hatred of Jewish people. It makes no sense to me at all.  ::)

The fact that it's gone on for so long and is rearing its ugly head again is disturbing, especially since it's being displayed by persons in our own government with no repercussions. So not fair.  :confused1:

This is so sad. I don’t know how people can take another life. I pray for all the family and friends affected by this

The guy who did this is mentally ill. I'm not sure you can categorically state the guy actually hates Jews when he is his normal self. Maybe he just hates Jews when he is delusional or psychotic. Not that that is an OK thing, I'm just saying the person who did this was sick and I don't know how you prevent attacks by people who are sick like that.

It is not just jewish people.  It is people in general. You see it in here as well.  Live your life, do your religion, and leave everyone else alone. It was just a could days later when some idiot walked in to a church and shot 2 people.  Would have shot more if a church member had not been armed and blew his head off.  And if you saw the uncensored version of the video, what was live streamed to youtube that is exactly what happened.

Mentally ill?  According to who?  The media?  The liberals who want to excuse bad behavior.  These people are not mentally ill.  They are evil.

You say you don't by how to prevent attacks by people who are "sick like that"?  If he is that mental then he needs to be locked up in an asylum.  Guarantee if you bring back asylums and start locking up these "mentally ill" people a whole lot of them would all of a sudden be cured.

Some of that "hatred" is perpetuated by their own, as seen all the bomb threats that were against Jewish centers when Trump first got elected.  Turns out it was done by a Bernie supporter who fled back to Israel.
Not saying there isn't hatred, but I don't think anymore hatred than any other group... just publicized more when it occurs & when it turns out to be another false flag there is crickets.

I don't understand why people are being so crazy and harming people like this.  Still sending up prayers.

This country is getting worse and worse each day. It is because of crimes like this that I am strongly considering moving to another country. I hope that this monster gets the fullest extent of the law.

I had not heard about this.  I think it is so bad that people can't just learn to live their own life and leave others alone.  There is not reason why everyone can't live the way they want to without leaving in fear that someone will kill them.

It was on the news.  Something else happened the next day.  I think the church shooting in Texas maybe? Then it was something else.  So media moved on to the next thing.  You are right about why can't people just live their life and leave everybody else alone.  Too many have to try to bully others in to accepting their religion.  Or try to shut them down if they don't believe the same way.
